The repair person was excellent. Professional, on time, took care of all my appliance problems. However, setting up the service call was painful. The IVR system wasn't well organized, and I had to talk to multiple people to make my appointment.

REALLY? Have not received any service yet!!!! still have 3parts of the eight that I need to repair my washer,....so those the unusable washer and now two huge parts of the repair are sitting in my dining room and have been there for 3 Months .....so please do not ask for any feedback until you actually repair or replace my washer! I have been scheduled for July 2 so I will wait to see if the repair is completed then, otherwise I will file another claim with Betterr Business Bureau

My water heater (in warranty) started leaking and a Sears Technician was immediately dispatched. He verified that the leak was coming from the tank, and was not repairable. He sent all of my info the the correct department for replacement processing. He was on time, called ahead, took care of my home. He did a fantastic job, no issue with the Technician. He said I would get a call within 24-48 hours for next steps. I ended up receiving an email within a few hours advising me to "go local" and I would be reimbursed. Fortunately, that email didn't got to my spam folder, otherwise I would not have expected it. My local plumber took care of the job, and I sent the required documents back to Sears for the reimbursement. And now I'm waiting to hear back. I checked off three stars so far because the experience isn't completed yet since I'm still waiting for confirmation that my documents were received, OR that the reimbursement is in process. Granted it's only been two days since I sent in the documents. Thank you!
