We had a very pleasant experience with our purchase. Scott Gobin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure to make a decision on our purchase; Scott just guided us through the process of knowing the value of the item we were looking to purchase by sharing the pros and cons of the various items we were looking at. The checkout process was equally easy. A day later, I had to make a small change in our original order and once again Scott was extremely helpful.

The selection and availability were very food and the salesperson helpful and efficient. We went in for a specific item and ended up buying two different pieces of furniture. We thought value was quite reasonable.

Our experience shopping at the Natick location was wonderful. Staff was friendly and efficient. The one star off refers to the delivery service crew that was rude. They did not use any furniture pad while moving a huge dresser up the second floor and bumped the dresser against the wall, stairs and few other things. No visible damage I can find, but I certainly wasn't thrilled with the experience and other rude comments.

We bought a recliner sofa about 9 years ago and we did not really sit on it that much over the years (maybe once a month watching TV?).
