I came here for Cinco de mayo which was cool, they had a live band which was nice. My first bartender was great, but the manager? Took my drink order which was 15 year scotch neat and took over 10 minutes to get someone else to pour it for me into a dirty glass. They did get me another after a complained. A for atmosphere, C for service.

Both times that I've been here both the service and food have been fantastic! The drinks are fun and creative. I got the fish tacos for both occasions and loved them each time. Great spot in Waltham.

My wife and I have been going to Bistro781 for years. They do so many things really well. The menu is great, the drinks are constantly changing with the seasons, there are specials like $1 oysters etc. We know Jeff (owner) and one thing that really stands out is how much the staff actually likes each other (and their customers). They are always cheerful, helpful, professional, etc. Go sit at the bar and have some food, you won't be disappointed.

In the stretch of Moody that is closed off to pedestrians for outdoor dining. We had sandwiches and a grain bowl and sat outside at a picnic table. Fairly standard food. Good service. Set your GPS for 336 Moody Street, NOT 781 Moody Street …Thank you Amy.
