I go to this store because it's the only one in my area and I love their products. If I go on the weekend, I know it will be busy and I will probably not be able to find anyone to help me and I will have to wait in line a long time to check out. The employees always seems to be very busy doing something that does not involve helping the customers, and I am often asked to move out of the way as they hustle past me, I just go with all of this in mind so that I don't get so annoyed. I have had nice people waiting on me there, but in other instances it felt like no one wanted to bother with me. It has always been this way, since long before the pandemic. If I go on a week day there are usually enough people working there and they are attentive. It's a pain for me to go over there on a weekday though.

Scheduled a design consult ~3-5 weeks in advance. Received text and email confirmations of the consult. I called the store and waited on hold for an hour and twenty minutes to confirm the consult and they let me know I was never confirmed (despite the email and text) and that we could do a different day. I was rescheduled for today via zoom for a virtual consult but was never given any zoom information to access the consult. We will be taking our design needs elsewhere.

Store was buzzing and yes it was a busy weekend but wow the customer service couldn’t have been worse! Waited 45 min with no one assisting me. Finally asked for help, and was told “I’m actually with a customer…it’s clearly kind of busy”. Very helpful.
