Visited store looking to upgrade. Salesperson showed me a couple of phones and then disappeared. After 10 minutes I approached manager and explained my salesperson disapppeared. He went and checked said he was looking for a phone he will be right out. Another 15 minutes passed I went back to customer service said I was leaving they just shrugged their shoulders. I went to Apple store they could not do enough for me. Been with Verizon 20plus years. I live less than a mile from that store will never walk back in there again. This is a Corporate store Shameful

They couldn't have been nicer at the Verizon in Chestnut Hill. Lovely. Go there Today I visited the store in TD Garden in Boston. Julie was lovely and tried so hard to help. But the "acting" manager was horrible. I would suggest you never go to that store. He refused to give his name and should be taken out of that store. Or any store for that matter. A customer at Verizon for about 25 years and never having any other cell phone company with 3 lines I am seriously thinking of finding a nicer company. There used to be a spectacular manager in that store who went to Florida. Then this young very ungentlemanly boy out of his league was there. Truly a poor representative of Verizon. Don't even think of going to that store. Marge
