Update: I want to bump my experience to 3 stars. After a one month delay I had a representative reach out to me to let me know that my suit has finally arrived. I stopped by for additional measurements and all alterations were done in time for my friends wedding. Honestly, I am very surprised by seeing all 5 star stellar reviews on this page. I am giving this 2 instead of 1 stars, because I still have faith in getting my suite in time for my friend's wedding. My friend setup a wedding party suit order and I came into the store roughly two months before the wedding to try on the suit and get the measurements done. I spent 30 minutes walking around the store trying to get someone to help me with the measurements, and get my suit ordered. Finally, I had someone help me with the measurement, but I was told that they do not have this exact suit in my size and I have nothing to try on to confirm the size. When I asked if there is a similar suit that I can try on for my reference, I was told that I am more than welcome to browse. I was told that I will be called within 2 weeks when my suit arrives, which would give me plenty of time to try it on and get it fitted. Fast forward one month, I did not get a call from the store, and after placing multiple calls to the store and sending multiple follow up emails, I was told that the suit still did not arrive, and they have no status update for my order. Now, with 3 weeks until the wedding, there is still no definitive answer on what the game plan and timeline for getting this suit into the store and altered should be. I am quiet surprised by the lack of customer service, and frankly will be disappointed by the overall process even if I do get a suit from this store delivered will all alterations in time for the wedding. All in all, other people in our wedding party had to spend over a month-month and a half on getting their suits purchased, which is not a reasonable expectation to have, at day and age when things can be purchased with a click of a button and delivered on our doorsteps 24 hours later.

Terrible experience. Was treated rudely and when I asked if I could change pant size woman said "no the pants and jacket come as one you look fine wear a belt" (the pants are a 38 and I am a 32) Never shopping here again and would not recommend this store for any wedding groups. I heard a lot of other members in the wedding party dealt with the same rudeness and needed major alterations in order for their suit to fit.

Milton's is the men's clothing store. Cindy is a master stylist and a wonderful salesperson. She helped me select a post-COVID wardrobe from suit to casual wear. Wonderful!
