Very nice service and excellent food. Cannot ask for anything better. Very friendly too. The price is very reasonable for the amount of food they served us and the quality. We will come back again!

It's a good place. Weird that they charge $3 extra for fried rice when doing hibachi. Also, the fried rice is not the greatest, but the tofu special is excellent. Drinks are reasonably priced. Being part of a mall it can be hit or miss with crowd size. There are not many other places with Hibachi in the area besides in Needham and this one I would rank better than Needham.

We specifically requested a hibachi table and ordered "hibachi fried rice" and other hibachi items. When the food came everything was in regular bowls and the server and forgotten what item was what and who each thing was for. It took us multiple minutes to figure out what the items were, and when I said that we had ordered hibachi she simply responded "no," and walked away. We were never checked on and were left sitting there without water refills or any service. Waitress was rude and unhelpful. When my friend left to go to the bathroom, they removed her chair to use for another party and when she returned she had no where to sit. At the end of the dinner we asked for boxes and she looked my friend in eye and said "finish it" and laughed. The food was decently quality but under seasoned and expensive, considering we didn't even get the hibachi entertainment. The grilled shrimp we ordered was not prepared on the hibachi grill and was clearly hardly cooked, no browning at all. An automatic tip of 18% was included. We were a large party, but the service was terrible and was not even worthy of 18. Do not go here.

This is fillet mignon. An image is worth a thousand words. I wish I could give this place zero starts but that’s not an option. They charge 18% tip to everyone, according to the manager. Mind you, we were a large group and I consider myself a very good tipper so 18% is really not enough but tips should match service. The cooker told my niece that it was easier to cook her steak well done when she asked for her steak medium-well. And the waitress told me that my daughter needed to seat with me to be able to have her food on my bill. Very poor customer. It was too much for her to figure that one out. Will never eat here. If you want to eat good steak go to a reputable place.
