The website says the store closes at 8pm, arrived here today at 7pm just to find the store is closed. What is up with that?

Did a return here yesterday. I specifically asked if I should remove all shipping labels before giving it to them and they assured me they would take care of it. Guess what just got delivered to my front door today? 😠 And the man on the phone could not have cared less and said "all you have to do is bring it back to us" as if that's the easiest thing in the world. It was 100% their mistake so it would have been nice if they took some accountability and offered to pick it up.

This fedex branch is awesome! Super kind and helpful staff. Been here multiple times, and was attended by a different person every-time - regardless everyone was nice and friendly.

I DO NOT recommend this place for international shipment. No one here knows the process. Nor they are interested in helping throughout the process. A quote we were told this morning when we went for help "Once package is outside the door, we are not responsible for it". I would recommend you to do your homework (wht paperwork, wht cost, what everything else...) by going through their site and calling various departments within, related to your need. Build complete understanding on how Fedex works and then go to this center. Else, you as a customer is at fault and will be liable for all delays and costs. Costs that you in any case had to pay or could have helped you decide whether to use fedex for the service or not. This place is not customer centric.
