The store is typically clean and stuff, but they never have enough lines open. Even when the store isn't that busy in the shopping lanes, when you go to check out, there are lines. They could open more of the self-check and shift the stocking schedule around to be more efficient but I've literally been standing in a long line waiting while some employees were focusing on blowing balloons instead of just manning a self check that can process more customers than a single cashier. They have three separate self check areas with 4-6 stations in each. 90% of the time only one is open.

I went in today & the older gentleman seems to be racially profiling me he has a bad attitude I asked a question if anyone might have turned in a mini case of coke he immediately went into a whole different scenario about he doesn't know how much the mini cokes are or let me see if I can assist you then he started talking about a receipt which I didn't have and wouldn't have mind paying for another but, this older gentleman usually works the self checkouts in the front & back everyone else is always helpful some times leaving their area to help out. This one gentlemen is a male Caucasian about 6ft he's been rude multiple time's at self checkout I asked for a manager he sent me over to the front desk manager which I was told was closed so I do not recommend dealing with this particular individual he can really wear his shoulder on this sleeve's. Management should sit down and talk to this guy he's not good with dealing with the public or shall I say not a good people's person this occurred at about 9:20am on 2/25/2022.

Pretty shabby. Never enough cashiers. Rude employees at the self checkout. Always extremely long lines at their one open register. Front end kiosk for lotto tickets and tobacco and whatever is never open. When a crime is committed on their property they will not allow you to review their camera footage. The employees are incompetent. It's a grocery store. The store director is a complete degenerate as well. You can see his dumb picture up front. He needs the boot. Milk is almost always expired (10/22/21 in photo), right in front of their 10 day freshness guarantee signs (photo taken 10/31/21). Shelves are typically disheveled. Fits right in here, in Milwaukee. Also watch out for their sale items. Sun chips recently had a recall (or knowledge of bad product). Metro Market put them on sale rather than pull the product. Watch out they'll go right through you.
