So, on July 10, I was at the Pick N' Save store on E. Garfield. I'm a frequent customer because I don't have a car. I have to carry bags. Their employees were not nice to me, except for the one young man, who apologized to me after all. He seemed to be a rational person. I paid for my groceries, even the cake, which I couldn't scan because they put a price tag on the top of the container. So we checked it out with the help of the clerk. I walked out, and then out of nowhere the security person ripped the bag out of my hands and yelled at me. He shamed me in front of the other customers on the street. We went back inside and he told me I hadn't paid for the groceries and shook my cake violently. I was very upset about it. I'm being profiled because I'm white. That's what I think. But they also use their phones at work for games, videos, etc. so maybe they're not paying attention to what they're doing. Their shift manager Adriana (I think) asked me not to come into the store because I was arguing. I was upset. That was it. And I missed the bus #14. So it is not easy, too. Needless to say, I am a mother of son who works in Metro Market. And he did all lifting because he is tall person. So you can imagine how I feel accusing me of stealing that day. They were the ones who got it all wrong. So I didn't understand that part either. I should be able to afford to buy a bus to go to Metro Market instead. It's just a headache how I'm going to pay for it because I don't have a car and walk with a bag instead. I don't think I'll ever go back to that Pick N' Save.

One of the grossest stores I’ve ever been in. Parking lot is a mess with the cart corrals over flowing. No working carts in the lobby or hand baskets (ever). Items are in the wrong locations on shelves or the shelves are always empty with no indication (temporary OOS sticker). Shelves are essentially unkept. Next to know employees seem to ever work at this location; even before Covid. Some of the aisles are impassable because of pallets or too many product displays. Sale tags are often left up past date and ring the wrong price. Employs are hard to find if you need help and I have never seen a manager at this location. As a long time Kroger shopper, this store is a disgrace and should be shut down until it can be properly staffed and stocked.
