Picked up a cake that they made, and when asked if the lady can write on it "happy birthday" she tells me she can't because her designer is on vacation but who made all of these? (See video) And if she was the manager for the bakery I'm sure she could've done it. Of course this happened 15 minutes later after no one was there to attend me and someone else paged her. So frustrating

Shut down all aisles except 2 at 7:30 with over 20 people in line. Forgot my prescription on the counter. Went back immediately and they had locked it back up in pharmacy which NO ONE has access to as the pharmacist left at 8pm. Brilliant.
