Absolutely zero customer service. Ordered a fence for a client and the day of delivery their shipper calls said client, a 75 year old lady, and tells her to rent a flatbed and pick it up. Not at 8am but at 2pm when I'm completely done ripping out her old fence! Took an entire week to get answers and straighten it out. I will never purchase large contracts from them again. I went to purchase Sikaflex and looked it up to see they had 51 in stock. I ask a salesperson and they call over and older fellow who says it's in the caulk isle. I say it isn't I was just there, he proceeds to tell me it's out of stock then. I say it isn't I looked up quantity before I even got there. He puts his hands on his hips and leans towards me and real sarcastically says "I'll look in the computer for you!" I sat to him what's the attitude for and he says "I'm just real excited to help you!" And I said I don't think you are and walked away. Just the worst store on the planet!

Call them directly, they are insured so they should compensate you for the trouble and damage
