Woman at the service desk at 5:45-5:50pm on june 20th, 2022. was not friendly by any means but as soon as the white person behind me was greeted she was overjoyed to see them. She was stand offish and rude with me. Could it be because im black. Not coming to this store again.

Clean store and everything. The staff is stiff and they seem to think that they don't have to greet you. I just received hard, unfriendly looks. I was looking for something after doing an Amazon return and wasn't offered any assistance because the staff was like Casper.

I like shopping at Kohls . They have great sales and if you spend so much money you get Kohls cash to get free clothing or anything else in the store. It is conveniently located. They have everything including a cooking equipment section, bedding section, childrens’ clothing, purses, womens clothing, mens’ clothing jewelry, makeup etc. They send coupons through the mail and you can get up to 30 percent off items. They have a Rewards program. I don’t have to drive to Easton because Kohl’s is located on Olentangy River Road. I will be returning
