WOW, so many sales through out the store. And I found Toy's R Us inside, also with sale items. Two skirts, a jacket and a pair of shoes, I'm so happy

Went to find a formal/party dress for my daughter's homecoming dance and they had an ENORMOUS selection, and many were marked down 30-70%! In addition, even though the place was frenetic and swimming with teenage customers all trying to find The Dress, the fitting room was properly staffed so that unwanted selections came back out quickly. And checkout was friendly, quick, and painless. Great experience!

Was extremely busy, but we managed to successfully find and purchase homecoming dresses for four very happy girls!
I’ve ordered a few clothing items on line. Some things didn’t work so I want to return them. How does this work if taking directly yo Macy’s. Do I go to a register or is there a specific return location in place now?
What is the purpose of having a number listed for this specific store? The recording ask if you would like the store, then when you press the corresponding number (s) it sends you to a call center. Horrible set up!

,, I live in Columbus. And when I go to the macys.com website and type in my zip code I do get the direct number to the store that I want. Then I have to select the department. If there is a particular Department that you always like to shop at for example tailored men's clothing or Estee Lauder cosmetics when you are in the store you can ask a sales associate for the direct number to their phone at their checkout desk and they will be glad to give it to you
