The store was so disorganized, and cluttered. Made me not interested in digging. I went to several registers only for none to be there. Finally we happen to catch someone at a register, it was clear by her attitude that she didn't want to check us out. I honestly don't know if I will ever shop there again!

Macy's Easton is the 2nd largest Macy's store, coming in behind NYC, in the United States. I would say that I would expect to find a larger selection at Macy's Easton over Macy's Polaris. As a regular shopper of both locations, Macy's Easton always seems to have what you cant find anywhere else.
Yes although some of them do not. I would suggest you call your local Macys and ask them whether or not they offer gift wrap service before you go
