The property manager @ Tracey Schnaitman completely be-little'd my mother. She's moving from this property in San Remo and was fined to pay $100 for inappropriately dumping trash in the wrong place. My mother only wanted to apologize for the miscommunication and lack of understanding of where to dump the bulk items and she didn't even let my mother say a word. I really wished I recorded this call per Tracy " What's done is done there's nothing to talk about I'm not talking to you about this anymore you know what you signed when you signed to live here and your landlord has to pay the fine have a great move to your new place " and hung up on my mother not even 1 word my mom said on that call she only wanted understanding. I really wish I knew I would've recorded that call and take it to the better business bureau. I've never seen my mother so out of words and I felt so bad and so embarrassed for her you should NEVER treat anyone like that its a shame really my mother has been in San Remo for a short period of time and has never really had any issues with them the last day of her lease they treat her like trash!. I will email and write everyone in this agency until I get a formal apology for this. its literally mind blowing especially over $100.00. SHAME ON YOU TRACY! A VERY BAD EXAMPKE OF A PROPERTY MANAGER.

Questions & Answers

I called the number provided and it definitely was not a “business” by the way they answered. The young lady stated she has no idea why her phone number is associated with the apartment.

I'm renting from a private owner their town houses with an association.

The Association doesn't deal with the public. You have to contact a realtor and then the realtor would contact the owner. Most of the units are owned by owners
