The entire staff at OPRMC played a major role in saving my life last fall. From the emergency department, cath lab, icu and cardiac rehab, you are all the best in the business!

I had an outpatient test that my physician had ordered in response to labs that I had taken. The technician was friendly, kind, competent and put me at ease. I liked the mandatory masking policy and the greeter who took me to my destination. This was a much better experience than the disastrous trip that I had in the emergency room over Memorial Day.

It was in and out, very little waiting, the gentleman was skilled, thoughtful and kind. He explained what he was going to do before he did it, and he seemed very knowledgable and personable. This was a good experience for having to have a sonogram, which is kind of a worrisome thing to have to go through.

Every person very nice and professional. Since valet service is not available. I could not drive myself. My daughter drove me and a nice young man came out with a wheel chair. Could not have made it in from the parking garage without his help.

My experience with OPRH was ok, other than being stuck in the ER for 2 days. The main issue as I saw it is that they are short staffed in areas, probably due to Covid, so depending on what service you need, you could have an extended wait.
I'm not sure on this one. But they do most everything I know of. My suggestion would be to call them directly.
Molly Black was the ortho surgeon who operated on my mom. She is good.
Why would the Dr. tell you to make a payment? That is not his responsibility...
