This is close by my place. Ordered two rolls, wanted to give it a try and quick Sushi fixed. Spicy tuna, good chunk pieces with seasoning, good kick, four pieces. Salmon skin rolls, a lot of rice for this one, not a lot of favor, skin is crispy. Price is ok for what it is. It is not the best but not the worst.

I was excited to find out Genki was in Washington since we're from Hawaii and Genki was our go-to over there. While the chef was kind to us, the hostess/waitress Lena was absolutely horrible to us. She skipped our table multiple times, and when she did check on us, she was extremely short/rude to us. It also seemed like she purposefully was saying "huh"/"what" to every single thing I tried to order, as if she was mocking my pronunciation to the Japanese names of items. When we gave our receipt back, she snatched it out of our hands without a word. We don't know what we did wrong to deserve this treatment, especially seeing her not act this way to other customers. We will not be returning.

I come here ALOT. Like... more then I really should be posting. But I 9.9/10 times I have a good time. My ONLY complaint is one time I ordered Salmon Bits and it was cold. But of all the times I go it's great and always delicious and fresh.

I remember seeing a sign on the door saying no cash, but that could've changed by now.

Do they still have the belt or is it temporarily closed due to Covid ?

You can choose rolls in the restaurant and put in plastic container yourself, or place an order over the phone & its ready in about 15 minutes for pickup. Full menu available on their website. And due to security, they dont take payment over the phone but you can always pay cash or credit when you pick up.
