my partner and i visit here at least once a week, always great experiences :) friendly staff! pro tip: the person with long curly hair and usually wearing camo pants always picks the best boxes!!

My husband and I have been here a handful of times mostly to check out the pokemon card selections, but some Yu-Gi-Oh as well. The staff is courteous and the space is very well organized. They do pricing on the spot so you know you're always getting the best price for what you're purchasing. They also have a great Magic selection as well as great card accessory options (binders, sleeves, etc.). Definitely worth stopping in once every week or two to see whats new!

This is easily the greatest card shop I have ever been to. Fantastic spot if you are into the Pokemon or Magic card games. They have a huge selection and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. You never feel like you are getting ripped off here.

I've been going here for years here even after their recent move. Always the place to go for Yu-Gi-Oh! And Magic the Gathering! They sell and buy singles from those games. They sell limited singles for Pokemon and Vanguard but do not typically buy them. They have all the accessories you need for organizing and storing your cards. They also have lots of sealed products as well as board games. Great people who work there!

There's a limit on how many people can be in the store (up to 5) to maintain social distancing, and everyone is masked :) Be prepared to maybe have to wait in line outside!
You could try calling them and asking :-) now that it's daytime
They DO buy/sell Pokemon cards. Just bought Pokemon stuff from there a few months ago!
Before covid, the tournaments were Thursdays and Saturdays. None are going on at the moment because of restrictions. Hopefully, they'll resume soon
Yes. Price depends on card type and condition. Also, depends on which store you bring them to. You'll get more, if you sell them on an app.
You might want to call them or check their website
We do buy magic cards but, unfortunately we do not do sports any more.
Not currently. The Pandemic has put a kibosh on that. So until further notice no. We however sell and buy them.
I think you have to play but safest bet would be to go and ask yourself
Shanes would probably take many of them but you might also look into card kingdom/mox. If you have value and time though selling person to person is always best instead of a store.
They'll take just about any yugioh card. Just dont expect to get market price they are a business after all.
They do. There's a couple experts on hand.
Yes! They do cash or store credit. Store credit will get you more back of course but they'll offer you both
These guys don't deal in toys so much, new or used. But, they do have the new Transformers collectable card game from Wizards of the Coast. You may find that interesting. 😉
Maybe try their facebook page. They keep an eye on that throughout bthe day to help withb ccustomers.
On Saturdays there's a vendor that sells and buys Pokemon singles. Vendor is www. TabletopVillage.com they're there during Pokemon league hours 10am-2pm.
Shane's is a fantastic place to begin your journey into MTG. The staff and customer base are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Drafts by nature can be competitive, but at Shane's it's with a smile. Give it a try and you'll be happy you did.
Unless it's a service animal, it's not a good idea to bring animals to businesses that are pet related.
On most Saturday's when Treetop games is there. However, Treetop Games will not be there Aug. 18th. Thanks for your inquiry. Please stop by and check us out.
Shane's does not buy sports cards. DJ's in the Renton highlands is the only store in the area that does
Yes they both buy and sell Yu- Gi- Oh cards.
Usual hours are till 6pm on Saturday (unless an event extends it). The event calendar changes frequently, and can be seen in store or online.
you can, but theres a couple facotes they go off, if youre selling in bulk like a big box they will give you one flat price for the box after looking through it, if its singles they will look at your cards and see what they want or need, and will most likely give you 60% of the card price for in store credit or a lesser percentage for cash
