THE BOX NEVER ARRIVED AND THEY GIVE ME NO ANSWER!!!! I sent 2 boxes on September 23 with this company, both boxes were destined for Hermanas Mirabal in the Dominican Republic, one for Salcedo and another for Villa Tapia. On Monday, August 22, the people who received in the DR were notified by phone that the boxes had arrived, they told him that they were delivered the same week from Thursday to Saturday. The box that was destined for Salcedo arrived but the one from Villa Tapia is not known where it is. I called this company to make a claim and they gave me an explanation of what had happened to the box and allegedly made a report to Santo Domingo, who never responded. After spending the entire week calling on Friday, he informs me that the reason why it had not been delivered was because the transport had a problem, SOMETHING that makes no sense at all since Salcedo's could be delivered. Today is Monday September 5th and it is the moment in which they still do not give me an answer as to where my package is. In Santo Domingo they don't take the cel either!!! But this is not going to stay like this!!! the box will have to appear or they will have to refund absolutely everything I send in it + shipping payment. I trusted this company because it was recommended to me, BUT DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM.

Maa that worse the service of this company. They steal your things, they mistreat you, they take you somewhere else, they tell you that they are going to take it to you and they don't take it. They are irresponsible, nobody ever knows anything, they leave you on the line for more than 30 minutes and nobody knows anything. They are irresponsible, unethical and the worst thing is that they make you go round and round.
