Excellent customer service from Michelle. Job completed to my satisfaction. I would recommend to my family and friends for car issues and oil change.

I want to say only nice things about this particular Precision Tune but it's kind of hard. Our '08 Honda Element EX was having alignment issues and needed adjustments. After having my wife take our vehicle there for a wheel alignment she was told that the front ball joints needed replacing. She called me and said that they quoted her a price of $500 to which I said absolutely not. This happened on a Friday and I was out of town for a deceased relatives memorial. Told her that our mechanic would do it for much less. (FYI: Our mechanic doesn't do wheel alignments.) This Precision Tune had her to pay for the wheel alignment, with the adjustment for a coupon we had, and that was that.... Or so I thought. When I went back to work the following Monday (correction: two Mondays later), after I got off, I wanted to see the difference in the alignment. So I did the "let the wheel go" test to see. My car still swerved left. I figured my speed might be a factor so I slowed down below the limit (40mph) to about 30-35mph but it still swerved. I get off very late/early depending on how you look at it but my wife contacted Precision Tune to let them know that the alignment wasn't done right. After Precision Tune trying to convince my wife that the error was on her but agreed to look at it again, I ended up taking it back myself. They had me to wait for two hours (service time?) for a wheel alignment only to tell me that they couldn't do anything to the rear alignment because of a rusty bolt and that they couldn't do much with the front but the front was "better" than before. This caused me to ask, "If that's the case then what did you do the first time?" That's when the mechanic told me, face to face, that we was "accidentally " charged for a vehicle that he hadn't serviced! Now, color me stupid, but I wondered then why was any of you arguing with my wife when you clearly was in the wrong. Plus, it's their own paperwork that states that they'll refuse an alignment if something's in need of repair/replacement. I stayed civil and calm, and I do appreciate them for owning up to it. But this was after the fact. And they should've called my wife with an apology for their oversight. I'm a firm believer that a customer is right until they're in the wrong but where's the accountability of the businesses we're spending our money with? This Precision Tune did choose to fully refund our money, even though I only asked for half. Half work = Half compensation, right? So I appreciate that. But even after talking with the mechanics and receptionist I'd probably be uncomfortable choosing that particular location again. Good, trustworthy mechanics and businesses are hard to find. I need to look into a fundraiser to get my mechanic some wheel alignment tools/equipment. 🤷🏾♂️

When I rated this company, I thought they did my wheel alignment. Come to find out that they did. They service man lied and said he did it and I was charged. I eventually got a refund. I will say that the young lady at the counter was very pleasant.
