Both doctors recently retired and NO notification was sent. The office is completely closed and the phone number disconnected. I can't even log into the portal to retrieve my daughter's information to forward to another pediatrician. Total lack of regard for their patients. Highly disappointed.

The doctors are wonderful and deserve 5 stars but the front desk is abrasive, unprofessional and unwelcoming. I should haven’t to feel embarrassed to ask for what I’m paying for. Honestly considering switching on this premise, which is a shame because I like the Doctors.

I love this office I have been taking my kids here for over 21 years. Dr. Vanderhei saw all of my children and is currently seeing my daughter. I would recommend this office to all of my friends. The ladies at the front desk are excellent.

Dr. Kathryn Vanderhei, is very through and has the utmost care for children of all ages. Furthermore, when I had a question after hours, the physician on duty was quick to give me a call back, and the recommendation was spot on.

Hi, I have contacted verisma (215) 707-5548 (the new number will be provided) because they were affiliated with Temple and St. Christophers Hospital. Unfortunately after completing a request for medical records, Verisma has rejected the request because they can not locate the practice. If you find any other information please posit it here and I will do the same. Update: 10/23/20 Long story short, contact Ms. Edinger for records at 267-800-4470. She works in a warehouse for a company that was contracted by Falls Pediatrics to store records but they ended the contract like in 2017. She will give you a fax number and instructions for submitting a request so that she can look for records.
