Myself and my Attorney have been trying to get my mother's medical records for 3 months, Noone has helped us ,we filled the forms 2 times ,I went to the office in July and filled the paperwork out again hoping that would work ,It hasn't ,Noone has contacted me to try and help me, Please someone contact me so I can move forward

Hours on Google are not correct. It may be on their website, but most people do not look beyond the search results. They do not seem to answer phones even if it urgent regarding prescriptions and you leave thorough detailed messages. If your doctor says you have three refills and the pharmacy is not aware of this, I would consider that an emergency. I called six times over the span of the entire day and received no response. Pretty irritating. I suppose I will have to go cold turkey for three days and hope to get a response on Monday, but I would not count on it.
