This place is a scam. I paid for two nights. On the first morning I was eating breakfast when the front desk knocked on my door and said they smelled smoke. I told her she is more than welcome to come in and check it's not from me. She said she didn't need to and I needed to leave. It is a scam. Don't pay for more than one day at a time.

I booked this hotel after a Red Rocks concert without looking closely at the reviews. My fiancé was very nervous for his experience at the quality inn after reading the reviews. I would say it is a very standard hotel experience, room was clean. We were placed on the first floor right next to the elevator and it was very quiet. Nothing particularly stood out about this hotel, which I suppose is actually a good thing.

First rooms toilet didn't work. Second room was okay. Both rooms need to be cleaned better. Very old outdated needs a lot of updates. Friendly staff but would not stay here again not what I'm used to in hotel.

I stayed here on multiple occasions over the past six months. Awesome Customer Service. Clean Rooms and totally stocked. It was quiet and I will definitely stay again. I looked at some other reviews and suprised at mention of homeless staying at the hotel! Cheers to the Quality Inn for offering they're services. I actually had a number of conversations with some guests. The Quality Inn offers they're services when the weather is below freezing. I really appreciate they're efforts. I will definitely stay again. Thank you Quality Inn for your humanity and service
