I had the most wonderful experience here at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. Everyone was fantastic and incredibly helpful! This was my first time at the Lakewood, CO location and wow 🤩 we were greeted by such a beautiful view, and not to mention all the amazing restaurants near by, we almost couldn't choose. Our room was kept beautifully with exceptional service all around. Room service to front desk were so pleasant and kind but my favorite of all, was the breakfast duo Nick and Vick they were an amazing team and really topped off my wonderful stay. I cannot stay anything but great things about this location. I highly recommend to check it out while in this area!

Looks a lot nicer and cleaner in the pictures... The hotel is located in an okay area of Lakewood. We’re not familiar with the area, so I guess I can’t really say. Not really sure if I would walk alone to go pick up food or something. Check-in was fine, nothing *too* off-putting. Was told there was a pool, but I’m not interested in swimming in a 4-foot pool that is poorly cleaned like everything else at this hotel. Our room was small, but advertised as what I reserved, I guess. Looks tidy, but things were not clean upon closer inspection. We showered with our sandals on because the shower floor was dirty and covered in hair. In addition to that, it wasn’t until I was making the bed one last time before we left (because I like to leave our hotel room decent looking for the maids), and saw multiple big black dots inside the comforter, which could only be seen looking through the bottom and not seen just by looking through the top. Maybe the solution is to pay your maids more, they’ll be happy to do their job fully and correctly. Really disappointed in the cleaning department of this hotel. Btw... They’ll mention there’s free breakfast, stay far, far, far away... Unless you like microwaved watery eggs and microwaved bacon, and 2 waffle machines that take 5 minutes to make while there’s a line of people waiting...knock yourself out. Just know you’ll be paying for it later. 🚽 I’m really sad to say I spent my hard earned money to stay at this hotel. My stay was to celebrate a 2-year anniversary with my boyfriend and I’m deeply disappointed that we couldn’t fully enjoy all the amenities on such a special day. Wish I could say I’ll be returning, but I most definitely will not be.

The people next door have been blaring their tv and music all day and night. Several people on the floor have complained. I called the front desk to ask them to have them turn it down and she said I needed to move my room. I said I was not the one causing a problem and should not have to pack all of my stuff up and move. I told her I am Platinum Elite and this wasn't my first Marriott stay. She laughed at me, hung up on me and refused to answer the phone. I called Bonvoy care and they spoke to her. She lied and said the other person in my room said there was no noise. The other person in my room is my fiance and hasn't left since this started and is also upset about the noise and the treatment. If this is how Marriott shows their appreciation of loyalty, I'm going to start staying at Hiltons.
