My husband and I went there to purchase our first hot tub. We were completely ignored. After walking around the showroom 4 times finally gave up after 3 employees kept ignoring us. We purchased elsewhere. We were not ignored there and treated very well.

I have worked with Leigha from day one as I came to her with horrific experiences with Tarson Pools. She was very reassuring that she would take good care of me. I ONLY go there now. Not only for the products but because she's VERY knowledgeable but also very sweet and Liverpool does not DUMP chemicals on me just because they can and know more than I do. I highly recommend her as well as Lpool for your answers.
