In the beginning I got the wrong apartment, then when Covid hit they were offering rental assistance for residents to get back on track so I received the assistance twice and then got told my lease cannot be renewed, although when I first moved in I was making the money to pay my rent but due to Covid and kids going to school and daycare, when the daycare closed I had to take off work and miss days so I had to find another job that wasn't paying like the previous two jobs I had. I feel like it's so wrong that I have to move out due to whatever reasons they no longer want to renew my lease please do not put on my paperwork failure to pay rent because my rent was paid and I only owe for July so just state real facts when you guys have meetings or file evictions so wrong on so many levels and I'm also a single parent but no one cares about that and people in rental office like they don't experience hard times so sad how the world is set up

Why do we pay for an expensive pool if we can't ever use it, even on typical pool holidays? It's only been open like two days since I moved in last year because they keep closing it with lack of transparency, and then take forever and a day to reopen. I have managed a complex. I know what it takes and how long it takes if you put any effort into it. At minimum, our rent should be appropriately decreased to reflect the lack of amenities.

Just got accepted to this apartment with my fiancé and Jennifer made the process so amazing! She is literally the sweetest person I’ve ever met and took the time to work with us and treated us as humans! She understood our concerns and struggles in our past history and decided to find a way to help us and she stuck to her word! She truly cared about us and I will be forever grateful for her. I cannot wait to move in to The Asher this summer and know that I can go to her for anything 🥰

My husband and I have been living at this community since November and we are really happy so far! Jennifer assisted us in the application process and she made everything so easy for us. The office staff is very nice and any maintenance issues we’ve had it gets taken care of fairly quickly.
