Walls are very thin, if you have a neighbor above you, you can hear their every move. ( sounds like stomping) , and sometimes I can hear them talking! The stairwells are filthy and dirty , spiders and webs are everywhere . First couple days I already saw spiders , roaches , just disgusting . Vallet trash sometimes forgets to get the trash, it’s not worth 1500 .

Apartment is OK. The walls are THIN. We can hear the person above use snore at night. Maintenance requests were not always filled or addressed. The amount of community reminders we got regarding the smoking policy and pool rules makes me wonder what the hell are people are doing. Honestly we didn't love it and put in our 30 day within the first month.

It was 1500 when I stayed I recently moved. It's worth it though... Trash comes 6 days a week for pick up, gates never broke, gated community, pools always clean, very clean community, pet friendly, no car break ins, it's a very nice place to call home Ali.
