You don't want to live there if that's what you're looking for. They are horrible
They have 1 bedroom apartments, but, there is a waiting list. You can come to the office and put your name on the list.
Some landlords will immediately refuse to rent to anyone who has been evicted. Other property owners are more lenient and may only require proof of employment, a higher monthly payment, or a larger security deposit. Look for rental housing that doesn't require a tenant background check or credit report. Idk if Magnolia Village does any of that. I'd suggest coming by and talking to the ladies who run the place.
