Mark at the Jackson Hewitt we went to was very very nice. 100% recommended him. We have very basic taxes no properties, nothing and we paid $375 for our taxes. I was COMPLETELY shocked that the price was that high. 😳 I wish they had a little more transparency on their pricing because I was NOT expecting that and now I am short on my bills. I will definitely reconsider going back next year due to the high cost ONLY!

I went to go get an advance and the gentleman tav helped me and i dont understand what he did but i got 1400 in taxes and i work all year make good money and claim 2 kids i dont get it terrible cant get through to someone who can help fix what he messed up then got approved for only 200 pretty upset
