I've lived here just under a year. While my experiences are personal and not necessarily the experiences of others; I cannot recommend Silver Reef. My experiences are of loud neighbors at all hours. If loud music is not an issue for you, this is one of the least expensive/best value apartment complexes in the Lakewood area. Update 7/2022. There is a violent pet on the property (a pet of a tenant) that attacks other animals, and on multiple occasions has forced open my balcony screen door and attacked my cat. A recent discussion with a management representative led no where. My perception is the property management is not concerned with violent pets on the property. Very disappointing.

My Daughter and I have lived in Silver Reef for 4 years. The units are nice and spacious. Very courteous office and maintenance staff! Reasonably priced which you won’t find anywhere. We enjoy the air conditioning units, 2 full bathroom unit, spacious bedrooms and walk in closets! Well maintained and a great place to live. Wish we could buy a unit in here.

I'm definitely renewing my apartment. They are a bit older, there are some issues. Nothing overbearing so far and all handled very well. They are not afraid to get professionals in if it's a major issue. Although I have seen nothing but a busy and kind staff. From the office and management and the Maintenance. I'm good. Great fire places and imenities grounds always clean. Thank you yall saved me when I needed it!

Silver Reef apartments pretty much saved us. My husband and I lived here for almost a year before we bought a house. We were supposed to move in next door at Glen at Lakewood, but they treated us so awfully and didn't have our place habitable, so we hopped over next door to Silver Reef to see if we could get a lease with them before our moving truck arrived, in a total panic. Not only did they bend over backwards to get us in so quickly, but they were fabulous the whole time we lived there. Krystal especially. Maintenance staff always came extraordinarily quickly and did a lot more than asked. Walked us through every bill every time we had a question. Just amazing. And that's saying a lot for an apartment place. They were probably the best vendors we've experienced here in Colorado this last year, and we have had a lot of really terrible ones.
