Lot of places ive tried provide soft over cooked noodles with tons of toppings and add ons to compensate. Noodles does not. The food itself from my experiences is always fresh, delicious and the noodles are not over cooked. I realize sometimes the service is not the most efficent. I also realize we live in a very different world now where the turn over rate for a lot of places is very high and good help is difficult to find. At the end of the day I believe a little patience goes a long way. shoutout to the girl with braces who helped me with my late DoorDash order.

Good food, slow service. I go here a lot and am never disappointed with the quality of the food. My favorite things to get are the med salad, Japanese pan noodles, and zuchinni shrimp scampi. The shrimp is always really good! I just wish the service was faster. When I order food, it is cold by the time I arrive for pickup. When I order in store, it takes up to 20 minutes to receive my order.

Pleasantly surprised for a Noodles & Company!Lately all of their locations have gone down hill but the food at this location was wonderful. The Chicken Veracruz Salad was deliciously fresh and vibrant which I didn’t expect for a chain that specializes in noodles! The only thing we did notice is staff were not keeping up with dirty tables and the dining area gave off an uncleanly vibe with very little places to sit and piles of dishes left in the dish buckets upon exit. Other than that, I’d visit again!
