Pizza was good as usual but the service at the new location is severely lacking. Waiting almost 30 min past the provided pick up time for my pizzas. I was offered a cookie for my inconvenience and then no apology or explanation. Very disappointing. I tried to be very patient I figured it doesn't always work out but it was an hour from when I placed my order when I finally got it. Just tell me the right time to come pick it up and I'll wait at home.

We order here for delivery or pickup all the time (specifically their gluten free pizza) and it’s always wonderful and delicious. I definitely recommend!

Ordered a sausage pizza and bread sticks for carry out, was told 25/30 minutes. Showed up at the thirty minute mark and they said they lost my order and had not even started it yet. I left my number and told them to call me when it was done. 25 minutes later I was concerned and called they said it was just finishing in the oven so I headed down to the store. When I got to the store it was 10 more minutes waiting in the store. It was over an hour waiting for a carryout pizza and no real apology by the staff. I do understand they just opened and they are going to take time to adjust but the customer service was absolutely awful and they were not even apologetic.

This place is my husband's and kid's favorite. They love the specialty pizzas, and I love their breadsticks. Our orders have always arrived on time, if not, earlier, correct, and still hot, which I feel like we haven't been getting from other places recently.
