Very disappointed in this place. My friend and I invested a lot of time and energy trying to sign a lease here. I got calls from three different people throughout the course of our application process, none of which seemed to have spoken to each other to know the details of what had been discussed prior. Each one had a different story as to what we needed or where we were at in the process. Then they tried to charge us more when we had already received and agreed on a quote. They gave us the run around for an entire week after we applied and eventually ghosted. Super bummer because we were really looking forward to living there but no longer felt comfortable trusting these people to handle things professionally and appropriately. Wouldn't recommend based on this experience alone.

I’m super impressed with West Line Flats - Specifically Sean in the leasing office and the maintenance crew. Within a few days, maintenance built and painted custom shelves for my apartment for more storage. I have accidentally had Hello Fresh delivered while I was at work and instead of panicking to try to get home in the middle of the day to put meat in my fridge, the leasing office has had my back and placed it in my fridge helping me out so much. It’s my first apartment on my own & I’m super happy here!

My fiance and I have lived at West Line Flats for close to a year and a half. We have been very pleased with our overall experience here. Whenever there is a maintenance related issue, they are prompt and friendly. The dog park & dog wash are both nice perks and the building is always well kept and clean. Definitely recommend!

I Really liked living here! Crystal the assistant office manager is one of a kind! She has made my experience living here so pleasant and I am super grateful for her kindness. We really appreciate Kari, Julio and Arturo they are always smiling and so helpful. They have made living here feel like a home. Only draw back is parking but you get a free rail pass! I think that cancels out the bad parking.
