DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This complex claims to be a "new icon", "luxurious and modern". It is all a lie. They try and make things look okay with the murals but the hallways stink, are trashed, and not taken care of. There is constant fighting and throwing of objects at ALL hours of the night and the police are here every other night to deal with some issue or another. I have seen people looking into my car, entering the buildings without a key because people just prop the door open, and trying to sell stuff throughout the parking lot. There is zero attempt to maintain secure access or security. Bugs are everywhere, and they don't care. I can't believe I am paying this much for a horrible and unsafe experience.

Cockroaches are prevalent and pest control is ineffective. They’ve been to my unit six times in four months. Buildings are dirty and rarely maintained. Multiple requests must be submitted to management before anything is done. Water is scalding hot immediately coming out of the taps which is dangerous, but I guess at least we have hot water? There’s usually a place to park, convenient to bus route and light rail, neighbors are friendly. It provides a place to sleep indoors, but if you can go somewhere else, I recommend it.

PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED !!!! we lived there for over a year and they are infested with cockroaches in other units and they would travel around even if you are very clean 😭And all the lease agreement paper work say there pest free there lying !!!! All they do is send pest control to put traps and it does nothing !!! There are always homeless people sleeping in the laundry room/ hallways everything about that place is ridiculous and all the office does is give attitude when you call for anything. They barely added cameras after all this time of peoples cars getting broken into. Dont waste your money because although those apartments are the worst i've ever seen they are not cheap! I wish I would’ve never experienced this but breaking a lease is not easy ! Just think if thats the life you want to live we were never happy here!

I lived at Lamar Station for close to a year now and I have to say, the apartment complex has changed for the better!! Not only has the outside of the apartments been painted in beautiful vibrant colors, the hallways inside the buildings remain clean and odor free. A lot of the suspicious activity at night has dropped because they provide security to patrol around the buildings. We have an amazing manager by the name Viridiana! She has been extremely patient, supportive, understanding and on top of things when you call or visit her with a problem. I can openly say that she is the #1 reason I would consider renewing another lease here.
