Been meaning while since I've been in, but long story short. My phone got stolen, went into the store to turn the service off. Who ever that woman was ... but was beyond helpful.. she even called me after I left the store on another phone I had on and gave me helpful tips to get it retrieved. Every time I went into that store i always leave happy. Good staff all the way around. Only suggestion I have for this spot is try not to be pushy with new phone sales. Like I bought a new phone and was urged to get way more and was billed way more than I wanted. Straight hustled.

I’ve gone to several cricket locations and this location had the best customer service . I walked in and Jaime greeted me with good energy and was very helpful. He answered all my questions and didn’t rush helping me at all. What surprised me was that he was the only employee working and he handled everything so well.
