I love living at Blue Springs Apartments! Thanks to Cindy for keeping this place great! We just all got new decks and a beautiful flower pot to go with it. The pool is also spacious and lovely to look at. I am grateful to live here and for the team that makes it all possible. Keep up the great work!

There are one and two bedroom apartments. One bed room - lower level - starting at $620 One bed room - with balcony - starting at $650 Two bed room - lower level - starting at $710 Two bed room - with balcony - staring at $730 Rent covers water & trash. Resident responsible for gas & electric. Some apartments do have a dishwasher. There are washer/dryer laundry rooms located in the lower level of each building. Pet friendly, there is a 50 lb limit. These prices reflect the average and can vary depending on remodeling and location within the apartment complex. Pool view, Courtyard, etc. Blue Springs Apartments are within walking distance to the historical downtown. Depends on the person and if your on the lower level, mid level or top floor. If I were to guess it could be anywhere from $40 to $70 a month for electric. Higher if the apartment stays cooler. Depends on the weather as well.
There are no studio apartments only one and two bedrooms. For more information it is always good to call two months ahead of moving for availability.
Two bedrooms are currently running anywhere from 710.00 to 750.00 depending on the location of the apartment. Pool view, balcony, open area to the east, court yard, parking lot side. Monthly rent covers water and trash. Resident is responsible for electric and gas.

Currently we do not accept section 8. We are not an income base facility.
Weight limit is 45 to 50 lbs. . There is a $400.00 Non refundalbe pet fee and $10.00 in addition to the rent per month.
