It's a very nice place the attendant that helped me listen listen to what I had to say They do run a background check on you And I understand why When someone needs an apartment maybe they had a fire at their home and they'd need an apartment And then you need to run an a background check to see if they pay their bills to me that's ridiculous To see if they pay their bills or not I had a friend that just lost their job and can they get a place no because they they can't afford one because they don't have a job you have to be on the job so long before you can get the place come on now people

DO NOT RENT HERE! If you are wanting a parking spot for your car near your building then you can just forget it about. And I raised this concern to management and they just brush it off like a joke. And they told me if I want a parking spot I can pay extra money for one. This reserved spot still won’t be close to your building. It is the property managers job to manage parking throughout the complex and yet they just tell you it’s your problem not theirs. I have rented from quite a few places and never had a issue with parking. I will ensure you will find a better place to call home then here. This is not the place to rent from. I won’t be renewing my lease just from the negative response from their lazy property manager. For the rent price you pay and don’t have a decent spot for parking at all you will definitely feel like you are being robbed here.

This was my first apartment after moving out of my parents house and they worked amazing with me when I had no clue what I was doing and Maria always took the time to explain it. It was a great first place and always worked with us if something went wrong. I even got some of my deposit back and felt they were honest about the reviews after moving out. My boyfriend, my pup and I recommend this place to several people looking for a new place! Only downfall to this place is parking sometimes is packed but most weeknights it was fine!
