Truly terrible. After my lease was over, I completely moved out because it was unbearable. The upstairs neighbor was very loud and also I'm still working out getting my security deposit. I feel like they made up a issue so they won't give to me but I'm going to fight it.

I lived in these apartments for one year and the security deposit is currently over one month past the "maximum time it will take to receive your deposit back." I have called many times and all that they can tell me is "I don't know what to tell you that is someone else job." Their office being extremely slow to get stuff done and respond was a common theme while living here.

Honestly wouldn't recommend this place even if you were desperate for somewhere to live. This is the most nastiest/unprofessional place I have ever encountered. They got exposed on a news article and still fail to satisfy their future residents. Look up "College Towne" or "Towne Square" on Facebook and you'll see pictures of how they give you your apartment. They gave you a little sign on bonus to get you to rent but also denying you to tour beforehand. SAVE yourself and do not get involved with this horrible place. & The employees laugh about what apartment struggles THEY GIVE YOU on Facebook. Not only did they ignore my personal email AND personal phone number COUNTLESS times, I had to get an entirely new email AND call from my job JUST for them to respond to me. SO with that being said... if you want a mold, dirty, loud, unprofessional, unsanitary, unsafe place to live, Hunter Lansing Properties is your place to be! N O T. -10/10 DO NOT recommend.

I can’t urge you enough, avoid the headache of this place. The last few weeks trying to communicate with them has been awful. They called me a week before I was moving in and told me my unit wouldn’t be ready, after calling back multiple times a day every day for a week we finally settled on a new unit. Which they switched again the day the lease started anyways. They didn’t tell me that you can’t pay rent online, and I’m moving from out of state so without this information I can’t have my friend pick up my key. They also haven’t had me sign a new lease for the unit they decided on for me, they just put my name on a lease that says $1500 a month instead of the original $960 a month I signed for. I haven’t even set foot in my unit yet and I have very low hopes for this experience moving forward.

It's in the lease, and is based on several different factors. So can't give you a exact number.
They won't answer if with a client in person. Try again or leave a message.
