If I could give them 0 stars I would. Please I warn you if you plan on staying there don’t. I bring my teenage daughter there for a gathering for her 15 bday and was there less than 3 hours and the lady at the front desk andrea evicted me because she could not get in touch with me and was calling the wrong number the whole time. I bought 2 rooms with them and will never be back. Andrea was rude from the beginning. I was promised video footage of the complaint she had and was never shown the footage. They have no compassion I explained to Dominique the assistant manager everything that was going on from the beginning. I feel as a customer I didn’t get heard and was treated unfairly. They took my money and ruined my daughter bday.

Positive: Staff was helpful and friendly. Negative: Beds linens weren¿t changed. Had to remake beds ourselves. Bathroom had beard hair on the counter. Everything in our room felt dirty. We had to wipe everything down ourselves.

I'd give them even less stars if at all possible. The service was horrendous. We asked for extra towels and got attitude about using the pool towels. Asked for a clean room because the mattress was stained, and covered in glitter and food and were told it was because people need to put things away properly. It's our first time here. She refused to give us linens for the pullout in our room. She told me to come down to the front desk so that she could insult me and my children on camera. Then when I told her her attitude was not appropriate, she started telling about me and my son to other patrons. No one else is available and choice hotels are not answering their phones....
