If I could give zero stars I would. Took my vehicle in for a scheduled appointment, when I arrived they acted like they had no idea why I was there and no rental car when I had 1 reserved. Drove from Oxford just to dealership because they were supposed to be able to get my car looked at, transmission taken care of and a rental car. Then I go pick up my vehicle and the service director Ivan was extremely rude to us. Was more interested in leaving for the day instead of talking to us and treating us like humans. Told him there was damage to my car while it was with them for a week and he was trying to act like he didn't hear what we were saying. Straight up said to us, "so what is your problem?" My car was damaged, that's the problem. Then responded with, "there's nothing I can do. We aren't responsible for any damage while it is here." Very unprofessional

I feel insane as I’ve had to edit a review for this place twice but honestly it’s needed. I took my car in for service and had a terrible experience with horrible communication. After leaving a review, to their credit, Jason called me and did a great job fixing the issue so I edited the review Now I’m back as unfortunately my car was stolen and I went in for questions regarding my stolen car and the financing and GAP on it- as well as purchasing a new car. While I think my sales guy TJ is a good guy he relayed completely wrong information which led me to a decision I may not have made if I knew the right information. If TJ and Taylor in finance simply told me they weren’t sure about my questions I would have understood, but instead they gave me wrong information with confidence. When pressed on it the blame of course fell upon third parties who despite selling their products they know nothing about. Im not leaving a bad review because of things not covered because that’s on me and not them. I’m leaving a review because collectively they communicated horribly and basically said anything to get me to make a quick purchase. The rest of the sales process was clunky as well and I’ve now had 2 interactions with Robert the sales manager who is rude, unprofessional and just so unpleasant to talk to. There are so many dealerships to work with in the area. Learn from my mistakes and just go somewhere else.

TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!!! Inquired about selling my leased car. Used cars sales guys asked me to go all the way to this dealership only to tell that they already have more vehicles of the same type that I have and cannot get me equity on my leased vehicle. Whereas they are selling the same year, trim level etc for 10k more than the appraised value determined by them for my car. What a SCAM They overprice when they sell vehicles saying supply chan issues…. How is that not applicable when we sell the cars to them??? Undervaluing Was planning to sell this car and buy 2 used vehicles from them. NEVER going back to them & will not recommend this place to anyone. Will pass on this to my friends too.
