You could also from time to time, through his reactions and opinions, learn that he holds high integrity both as an agent and as a person. Moreover, Phil provided us extra services beyond the typical responsibility of a real estate agent. Such as giving us a ride on an hour-long tour in the area, suggesting us strategies on real estate investments, and teaching us useful knowledge about the business. Like he often said, Phil is very service oriented. Based on our experience working with him, that means he doesn't have a limit on what to provide or not to provide as an agent. He will give everything he could as long as that adds to a better experience for his clients.
