I've not used to the rapid response from Dr's offices. PEAK was fast, caring and really took the time for me to understand what was happening. I'd recommend their Dr's, PAs, and office staff to anyone looking for ENT help. The Best!

I fly from Phoenix to see Dr. King at Peak ENT Center. I have a paralyzed Vocal cord and it is because of his excellent care I can eat, drink, and talk. He listens to me and is compassionate beside being a terrific Doctor.

What do you do for a paralyzed vocal cord in larynx?

Lin Mrachek | Oct 26, 2019
Peak ENT and Voice Center - Broomfield ENT Doctor | Oct 26, 2019

There are several options available to manage a vocal cord paralysis. Minor procedures like vocal cord injection augmentations and bigger surgeries like medialization laryngoplasty are the primary treatments. Each case is different so it depends on the situation. Suffice to say there are several options worth having a discussion about on an individual basis. Please call to make an appointment if you would like to talk about this more. -Dr King

Do you do ear cleaning, and does insurance cover it? Thanks

Warren Tripp | Oct 26, 2018
Peak ENT and Voice Center - Broomfield ENT Doctor | Oct 26, 2018

Yes, generally speaking insurance does cover ear cleanings. There is an office visit and procedure (wax removal) billed to your insurance. While insurance does typically cover this, there may be a copay or deductible determined by your insurance plan that you would be responsible for covering. It would be best to call our office and verify that we accept your insurance and whether your insurance requires a referral first.
