I have been getting my medical card renewed here for the past decade. I highly recommend this location, I adore them, it is an easy in-and-out appointment. I love that I can get my extended plan count and I feel like I'm being looked after rather than just being another number getting a medical card. I love Dr. Eisenbud. Coming back soon for my renewal!

First, they coached me through the process so that I would give “right” answers and ignored my other, real concerns. Then they lied to me and claimed the person “just didn’t understand the question”. As if a medical professional not understanding what words mean is a good excuse. They just want to get you through and get your money. Closer to a Chop Shop than an actual medical facility.

It takes 3 days to get your card once you submit it your old card is void I'd go in around 3-7-18
They take cash and credit/debt cards. It's about 100$ and bring your ID and if you have any medical paper work backing the reason. It makes it really easy to show the Dr why you need it. There is a 10$ coupon somewhere. Some dispensers have them in their lobby
