I have called the office 4 times and left messages with my interest and phone number 3 times! Noone has bothered to answer or return my call! This place doesn't seem very interested in renting units apparently!

I have lived at these apartments since 2017 before recently moving and when management switched over to Marcella I was very happy she’s very friendly caring listens to any concerns you have her assistant as well she’s wonderful. These homes have really nice sized living room which we loved. We never had issues with anyone here all times living here everyone we talked to was nice. I was also glad when they got new maintenance they actually get stuff done much more friendly other maintenance I had lots issues with didn’t care for them they didn’t do there job good enough in my opinion. I’m was sad to move from here but it was time for my family to get a bigger place and be closer to family again. Thank you all for everything you have done. I know if I ever need a place to come back here I know I can always trust these places as they always make you feel welcomed.

I don't live here but I was just apartment surfing and came across these. This is kind of a unrelated review but this is so strange.... If you check out these apartments in Topeka Kansas called Whispering Pines (now Auburn Hills) they have the exact same layout as these apartments! Now I know that may happen a lot with different apartments but here's the part that just really tripped me out, they are also located on CANDLETREE DRIVE!! WOOOOW!! Now that's freaky right!! LOL!! Really.. Google it!!

I have lived here since 2020 I absolutely love it here, went from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and the office staff made the process so easy to just switch units. Now the office manager marcella is absolutely wonderful, she is kind, helpful, understanding, and very pleasant to interact with. This is such a quiet complex. I haven't had any issues living here. And if anything goes wrong maintenance wise, I make a call to the office and they are at my apartment addressing the issue within a few hours every single time. I love it here. I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable home and a quiet place to live.
