Picked up a friend. She lives it there. Said no w/d hook ups in her room, must ho to a laundry room andcirs difficult to find available washers. She also said they charged $1 75 to wash. Also, no fish where must wash dishes by hand. Beware of the low awning out front. Many have hit it.

1-2 years. Men tend to get in faster, because of the quota if men to women ratio. There are there buildings, each with it's own waiting list. It is helpful for you to go in person.
It is independent living so you'd need to find someone to do that. If she has home health they would order it. There is at least one person I know with early Parkinson's. Fill out an application and check it out.
If you are disabled you can fill out an application. Be sure to attach proof of your disability. There is a waiting list.
Office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 to 4:30 except holidays and icy roads.
Dogs and cats are allowed with some exceptions. Dogs must be older than two yrs. They must be neutered, up to date on shots. There are height requirements, a security deposit and possibly more. Please ask mgmt when you apply.
