On 9/28/2021 I brought my 2019 Ram 1500 into this location. I brought 2 new amps and 2 new subs with enclosure. We agreed to the install of the above items as well as the purchase and installation of (4) Focal ICU 690 (2) Sundown 2.75, and a PAC Audio AP4. After I got home, I realized the back seat did not stay up as it should when pulled up. I removed the seat and observed the location where the sub amp was installed. It was installed behind a bolt in the seat that scratched the amp and wouldn't allow the seat to remain in place when lifted. The Sundown 2.75 were also distorting at a higher volume. I brought my truck back into them and they installed resistors on the (2) Sundown 2.75". I also told them about the location of the amp causing the amp to be scratched and they just blew it off. Fast forward to approximately four months ago, I realized the door and dash speakers were cutting in and out. I checked the amp and all appeared to be fine. I ordered new door and dash speakers online due to wanting different speakers. I received the new speakers and began the installation myself. Upon moving the grill covers from the dash speakers, I observed the Sundown 2.75 speakers mounted where the OEM speaker used to be attached by only one screw with plenty space around the speaker. They failed to use an adapter since the truck originally came with 3.5" speakers. The other screw was missing. I removed all door panels and observed Focal ICU 570 installed, which were smaller speakers than I paid for. While removing the speakers which were attached with an adapter, I observed 2 of the speakers to have loose connections. The connections were soldered on, but some were loose which I believed caused the speakers to cut in and out. I changed the speakers and all works as should now. I contacted the company on April 9, 2022 but there was no answer. I contacted the company on April 15, 2022 and whoever I spoke to stated they just returned to the company late 2021 and wasn't familiar with the install in my truck. The person stated they would have someone call me Tuesday April 19, 2022. It is April 27, 2022 and still no call. The lack of customer service, poor installation services, and the charging for a product I didn't receive is ridiculous.

Great place to get your stereo installed. I bought an ATOTO android double din head unit, XM add on module and backup camera from Amazon. Called these guys, made an appointment for the next day, showed up and at the end of the day picked up my truck and the everything was installed and running great. They also stayed open late for me to get there and pick up my vehicle after normal hours. Great customer service. Great price also, less than $300.
