The maintenance team Jason and Austin do a fantastic job. They both are very dependable and work around your schedule. I’m very pleased with their experience. I also appreciate Kensley in the front office. She is extremely polite and responds in a timely manner. For the money you pay the place is nice. My only complaint so far is the pool and hot tub it has needed maintenance since I moved in but they are working on it and keep me updated. Excellent place to live in Blue Springs.

I was very impressed with the maintenance service, the problem was resolved that same day and went very smoothly. The maintenance person was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The tenant pays rent and water to the lodge. Electric and gas you have to set up and pay. Trash and sewer they pay.
No you can not. They will call the cops and have it taken away sadly. Also the lodge apartments are really bad place to live. They lie about things there has been a lot of theft. Auto and from your place. It's over all a really bad place to live and you can not trust the staff.
