We had my sons Birthday Party here. Our Experience was back and forth. As in we had a great time, But we noticed so many different charges that didn’t make sense to us added on to our bill. We got quoted such a less price and ended up paying over $900 for a Birthday party, it didn’t make any sense to me. Other then the confusion. Good time!

Great fun for the kids. Nice water attractions. Rooms and hotel appear a bit old fashioned but clean.

They where the best as far as social distancing in the water park, guest were required to wear mask. Room service was outstanding. All and all I A great time for adults as well as the children. I'm giving it a 10 out of 10.
Yes there is 1 slide that 3 people can ride.
The scoops kids spa has been replaced by Build a Bear Workshop.
Yes, until it closes for the day. We definitely took advantage of it as a family and stayed til 5pm.
Yes it is a hotel. Pay one price for hotel and water park. They have games to play in the motel. Turn the kids loose and don't worry about them. The one in grapevine tx is much bigger and nicer than the one in Kansas City.
Yes. A large portion of the water park has younger children in mind.
We're here now (Christmas Eve) and the minigolf is open.
Yes
You can see from the size of the hotel itself that there's not that much space so there can't be any crazy wines or Loops or anything it's just a lot of up and down slopes quick fast and fun nothing scary. No sudden drops or large bodies of water to fall into. If you're planning a trip hope you have fun and enjoy your stay.
Howl-o-ween. Trick or treat trail.
Anytime, great for kids .not bad for adults without kids
Yes thwy have day passess
They do not allow dogs that are not service dogs in this establishment.
Always text willow and let them know if it's happening they have security there 24/7 that they can have talk to the guests making noise. If it keeps happening and they have room and you ask they will switch your room
To swim yes, however you can walk around and sit and watch your kids regular clothes.
Yes, it is indeed open. I had just spent three days there and it was perfectly fine.
Yes, both days! 1 pm the day of check in and all day the next day, but you do have to be out of the room by check out time.
It depends what kind of room you are wanting and if there are deals going on. I would expect at least 200 a night unless they have a deal on their page.
We hooked up our playstation to watch movies
Yea unfortunately they don't offer just a water park pass. It's only for guests who book rooms. One of those things, sucks for others but a perk for the rest.
Yes, I believe you can start at 1 at the water park. Our room happened to be ready so they went ahead and checked us in.

There is an outdoor pool that would likely be affected, but the majority of the water fun is inside, so you'd be fine.
Yes, but it's going to cost you quite a bit. 50-85 per person
it's simple business, supply & demand.
Yes they do :)
Yes you can just go to the water park for the day. The rates are around 50-60 per person.
Rates range from $100 to $250 a night for a room that sleeps up to 6 people. Check Groupon for a discount.
No pets except service animals. And service animals can not be in the water area, just the lodge part.
It all depends which day you choose to go. Now there are several offers you can find on the website. I paid $ 337 with breakfast included and additional $ 25 for lunch everything was included in the offer.
The paw passes are sold separately, parent dont required paw passes. The only thing you get with the room price are the passes for the pool and the wolf ears. Animals are not allowed.

I agree. It was cool when we toom our kids but had it been just my husband and me it would've gotten boring. Also there are so many kids everywhere!
They don't however it's just a hop skip and a jump to a shopping center and outlet malls and the restaurants within the hotel are pretty good
"Great Wolfe Lodge does not sell day passes. As a guest, you are able to purchase guest passes. Guest passes are $40.00 per person each day. You can purchase as many guests passes, as people that you have registered in your suite."
The indoor park opens at 9 and the outdoor park opens at 10 when in season
There are also several restaurants and fast food nearby. On our trip we found that at IHOP kids breakfast is free with your Great Wolf wrist bands.
Yes there is there are a few places I get drinks and a nice outdoor pool
They only give you a wrist band when you buy a room at great wolf lodge...can't stay somewhere else..ten years ago..you could just get day passes..not anymore.
If you know their name you can call the front desk and ask to speak with them. They will get them a message if they're unable to talk, usually.
Same here, I went with my son and daughter in law, as a group
No. Service animals are allowed there under the ADA. Service animals are allowed everywhere the public can go.
10-12 year old usually go to the main water slides and the water slides in the back where you use a tube or they usually like the magic quest
We all enjoyed our stay. The rooms are all far enough away from the action so we didnt hear anything at night. The pool shuts down by 8 and the MagiQuest game can be played until 11:00, i believe.
They are all ok for kids as long as they aren't scared of the dark
However it closes at 8pm. Which in my opinion is way to early.
Breakfast
If you don't mind spending more, hit it. It's like a casino for kids (super bright and blings), so be prepared.
Free for kids. Also they will replace them if your little ones lose them. Last time family was theres they had two different colors.
Cost $5 for 16 tokens. $10 for 40 tokens, etc.you can get more if you are refilling your card. Some games are 2 tokens, most are 4 tokens, and some are 8
Yes. There is one for all ages and one for adults only.
I worked house keeping there for a while and can tell you that You don't hear any of the activity from the park in the rooms. However the hallways can be a bit noisy at times but with it being a hotel aimed at children it's a little to be expected. Ask the desk for their recommendations on a quite room selection
You can purchase a party package where they provide a cake and decorations. They will decorate your room if you specify a time you will be out. I believe it's an additional 69.99. I would buy the paw pass instead. It offers much more for your $$ ( the same 69.99)
Depends on the activity. Under 12 is kids for most things.
Yes, there is a restaurant as well as a bar. There's also a snack bar in the water park.
Call them if open can do it
Its located downstairs. Its essentially a kids casino. Spend alot of money to earn tickets to turn in for cheap rewards. There are very few "arcade" games that you just play for fun.
Wolf tail as in the kind for purchase that'll go with the ears Robert is talking about? Or the slide attraction in the water park named Wolf Tail? If you're talking about the slide, they don't have it in KC. Only at the Boston resort.
Countless places to eat. Kids eat free at IHop with an adult purchase if you are staying at the Lodge.
30 minutes if traffic is heavy. 20 minutes normal
There is a indoor water park, arcade,a build I bear type place called the creation station,a girls salon, restraunt and many options of food,a magiquest game were you go around the hotel doing games with a magic wand, also compass quest were it's the same type of thing but you use a compass in stead of a magic wand, tons of shows and activitys such as story time at night character greets and the big clock show.and much more so tons to do
You have to be a hotel guest for the water park. You can use the park each day of your stay, plus you can use it the entire day you check out, not just the morning.
