Yes it is a hotel. Pay one price for hotel and water park. They have games to play in the motel. Turn the kids loose and don't worry about them. The one in grapevine tx is much bigger and nicer than the one in Kansas City.
Overpriced??? Not at all! They have people all over the property there to make sure of a stress free environment. Money well spent! So impressed.
